Located on of the top floor of the DJ Fowler building and featuring 3 levels, the loft is a completely open space with various shared sleeping areas on the upper level.
There are three beds, a double and a king plus a fold out queen so the loft can accommodate up to 5 guests.

We had the best mini break at Jess’ loft style apartment. The place was spotless and in the best location close to everything – especially loved dinner at Bread in Common restaurant only a few doors down. Jess was really easy to communicate with and loved the extra touch of milk and fresh bread. Thanks Jess. I’m sure we’ll be back!

Fantastic stay! Walking distance to heaps of local Fremantle spots, and an excellent view of the city from the balcony! Jessica really thought of everything and has done an excellent job decorating the space. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a real Freo experience.
Sleeping Areas
This 3 level apartment is a complete studio setting, with no actual separated rooms. It is very large however and we have different sleeping areas set out. There are three beds, a double and a king and a fold out queen, all of which are on the top floor. The double is suited to either a single person, two small-medium sized adults or children.
Note about Children
Due to the vast scale, there are areas of the house possibly unsafe for children. We have installed safety gates are on the top and bottom of the staircase, and also have the top floor ballustrade child protected.
The Balcony
To the north, on the top floor is a balcony with impressive views of the working port. It gives a beautiful array of light and activity in the evening, where cruise ships, cargo carriers and other ships such as the Leeuwin come in daily.
What's in the loft?
The house comes equipped with heaters, adequate blankets, air-conditioning, and fans. There is a large fridge and more than adequate cooking facilities. We recommend going to Fremantle Markets on Market Street and collecting some fresh fruit and vegetables to take home and prepare dinner.
Guest Access and Parking
Upon confirmation of your booking you will receive access codes into the property. The building is completely secure and safe, but it is still recommended to lock your door and car at all times during your stay.
There is a free park in bay 15 on the top level of the car park. The bay is small so reconsider if you have a large vehicle. You will need to gain entry first to get the buzzer to open the double car gate. If you park on the street, be prepared to be fined if you don’t pay. The parking inspectors in Fremantle are horrendous and unscrupulous!
Please note: there are lots of stairs and no lift! If you are someone who has troubles with your knees or hips perhaps this is not the place for you. It is great exercise however for the well abled!

No parties or events – We expect guests to treat this immaculate house with respect and consideration to our neighbours. There is strictly no parties allowed in the premise at all times. A party would result in forfeit of bond and eviction from apartment immediately. Please know that we remain in close contact with all the neighbours who will inform us if any unsociable activity occurs.
Please also not you will need to climb 3 flights of stairs
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellation or change requests must be done via email.
- You may cancel or amend your booking upto 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellation will
incur a $50 administration fee. - No refund is payable for cancellations for any reason
whatsoever after the Arrival Date. - Less than 7 days notice no refund available.
Full Payment required on Booking Confirmation
- Payment of the total price of the Booking shall constitute Your acceptance of these terms
and conditions. - Upon receipt of your payment, subject to availability and at our discretion, we will record your Booking.
- A contract is only made between You and Us once your booking has been confirmed and accepted by Us
